How to Buy

Purchasing a new home at PineBrook Place is simple. When you have made your selection, Holly will prepare a Purchase Agreement for you to review and approve. A deposit will be required at that time in the amount of $1,000 to hold your new home until you are ready to close and move in.

If you have a home to sell, PineBrook will either take your home in trade, or you can sell it yourself or through your favorite realtor.

We at PineBrook also recognize that leasing a new home long term may be an attractive option for some. If paying rent and preserving the cash received from the sale of your home is more desirable for you, ask Holly about this option. Several homes have been set aside to accommodate your needs.

Holly will be happy to go over the options with you and will make the purchase or leasing of your new home a pleasant one.
