 Homeowner's Association Dues
Homeowners Dues are currently $720 per year, due July 1 of each year. The water bill is a flat fee of $26 per month, payable monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
The maintenance dues are for the common expense of maintaining the general yard maintenance, street lighting, private drive maintenance and snow removal.
The annual maintenance dues are payable on July 1 of each year and shall be pro-rated at date of closing. At closing, purchaser shall pay a one-time share to the PineBrook Place Homeowner's Association, for the reserve and working capital fund.
