We use Mannington laminate floor covering the living area; Mohawk carpet in the bedrooms; and Mannington vinyl floor covering in the baths and laundry area.

What type of heating system?

We use Carrier heat pumps to meet your heating and cooling needs.

How much are homeowner’s association dues?

Homeowners dues are currently $720 per year, due July 1 of each year.

How much is the water bill?

The water bill is a flat rate fee of $26 per month, payable monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

What about mowing and snow removal?

Those items are taken care by your homeowner's association.

What type of insurance is recommended?

Standard homeowner’s insurance is recommended. Your insurance agent will assist you in determining the coverage needed to protect your assets.

Are pets allowed?

The homeowner’s association by-laws states (a) no one shall keep or maintain more than two pets (common domestic) of the same species on the premises, except newborns for a reasonable time. (b) no one shall suffer any animal belonging to him to run free on the common area or to trespass on the home site of any other homeowner, or the disturb the peace and quiet of any resident.
